Laboratory

Clinical laboratory testing plays a crucial role in the detection, diagnosis, and treatment of disease. The lab at Harrison County Community Hospital provides 24-7 in-house services including:
  • Hematology
  • Blood chemistry
  • Urinalysis
  • Coagulation studies
  • Blood banking
A written physician’s order is required for all laboratory tests. Upon arrival, laboratory outpatients should use the front entrance and register with admissions staff, who will provide additional instructions. Outpatient laboratory hours are Monday-Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to noon.
